Project: Riverpointe

A master planned residential community encompassing approximately 79 acres north of the Redmond City Center. The master plan consolidates eight separate contiguous ownerships into a single plan that allows coordination of circulation, utility design and consolidation of usable open space. The site was ideally situated for multi-family residential development because of its close proximity to both existing and proposed shopping, employment, and transit.
