Project: SR9 / Hwy9

A proposed expansion of approximately 640 acres to create a new transit-oriented urban village in the City of Snohomish. The new village will provide a wide range of land uses, a range of residential densities, commercial and mixed-uses including retail shopping, entertainment, local business, parks, and transit facilities.
