Project: Highland Greens

A master plan mixed-residential community encompassing over 52 acres located in the city of Mount Vernon, Washington.  The master plan created additional open space by removing the traditional streets and provided individual “themed” Village Greens at doorsteps of many of the homes.  The unique community provides for five residential housing types ranging from large estate lots to clustered detached homes, senior townhomes and senior apartments.
